When will my order ship?

All in-stock items ship within 24-48 business hours unless otherwise indicated. Shipping occurs Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 2pm CT will ship the next business day. Automated shipment confirmations are sent to the email address on file immediately upon shipment. We do not ship on major holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders placed via KetoSports.com will ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on location. Shipping costs are based on product weight and destination. To determine shipping costs please add the desired products to your cart and input destination details on the checkout page. We ship to all countries serviced by UPS and USPS, even yours!

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to customs and import duties. KetoSports has no control over these charges and cannot successfully estimate them, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on current charges and/or fees. International customers are responsible for knowing their respective country's import and customs rules and regulations. We are not responsible for items that do not clear the customs process.

What is KetoSports' return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products we know preferences differ, so we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don't love the product you purchased, just let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make a refund or return easy. To initiate a refund/return, email us at sales@ketosports.com.

Note: Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of products and flavors — repeat purchases and/or subscriptions do not apply.

If you receive a damaged product or experience other issues, email us for assistance.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by KetoSports. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
