KetoSports Subscription Policy

KetoSports Subscription Policy.

By signing up for a KetoSports subscription product, the Client expressly agrees to the following. This policy may be updated at changed at the discretion of KetoSports, Inc.

Subscription Fees.

By signing up for KetoSports subscription products the Client (KetoSports user) agrees to pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes KetoSports (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s subscription profile and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew monthly, at the interval selected by client at initial order placement. Client shall be solely responsible for paying for each product as well as any related shipping costs (if applicable). In the event that the Client fails to satisfy payment, payment method on file cannot be charged after three (3) attempts and/or shipping charge obligations are not paid, the subscription may be automatically suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation Policy.

Client (KetoSports user) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels or suspends their subscription (both month-to-month and weekly plans). Client may cancel or suspend their subscription by logging into their KetoSports Account and going to the applicable product or billing page, clicking settings and choosing the appropriate option under their subscription profile. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client for any changes made to the subscription. Client can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their account here.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email support before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help. 

For monthly dues being paid within a Channel, you must contact the administrator of the channel to have you removed from the channel, cancel your account, or unsubscribe from the channel. 

Refunds.

No refunds will be issued on subscription purchases. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at the discretion of the Client only after at least two (2) fulfilled subscription periods. Subscription services require a minimum of two (2) shipments to qualify for the 10% discount. KetoSports does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no product upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months/weeks unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. All order changes must be made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled order shipment. Changes or cancellations made with less than 10 days will not take effect until the following subscription period and billing will occur, as scheduled.

All subscriptions, both month-to-month and weekly plans, are recurring.  You will have the option to renew at the end of each paid subscription period as selected by Client at beginning of service. The Client may change this interval or select a different qualifying product as desired throughout their subscription. However, changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled shipment date. Changes in product pricing will be reflected, adjusted and billed at the time of the change and/or on the next billing date.
