Keto Pumpkin Spice Frap Recipe

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 scoop KetoSports MCT Powder
1/2 tablespoon powdered erythritol
7 drops liquid stevia
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks, for topping
A sprinkle of cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
Add the coffee, pumpkin puree, KetoSports MCT powder, powdered erythritol, liquid stevia, pumpkin pie spice mix, and vanilla extract to a blender and combine.
Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse until the ice is pulverized.
Pour the frap into a serving glass, and top with the whipped cream and cinnamon.
